She was a star for Baylor women’s basketball and was arguably the face of Baylor along with quarterback Robert Griffin III but it seems that tough times have hit Brittney Griner.
WNBA star Griner filed an annulment with WNBA player Glory Johnson, one day after Johnson announced she was expecting a child and several weeks after their wedding.
“I can confirm today I filed for an annulment. In the week prior to the wedding, I attempted to postpone the wedding several times until I completed counseling, but I still went through with it. I now realize that was a mistake,” Griner said.
Both parties were involved in a domestic dispute on April 22.
